Huts in the heart of the Cotswolds
OUR ESCĒAPS
The inspiration behind our shepherds huts is to celebrate the role of the shepherd, particularly in the Cotswolds. The name choosen for our business, 'Esċēap', dates back to an old English word for ‘sheep’ ‘Sċēap’ . Using this word we coupled it up with ‘Escape’ to give our name 'Esċēap'.
All our huts are sited on unique recycled chassis' resurrected from the farm, originally used as shepherds huts. Built off the old chassis' are wooden frames, these are supported by local blacksmith fabricated metal ribs and then cladded with tin. All the materials used in the fabrication of each hut is sourced locally.
Living and working on the farm enables us as a family to enjoy and appreciate the countryside first hand. It is an incredible experience that we would like to share with our guests.
We offer different types of accommodation - The main huts, The Willow and The Elm, are fully equipped for a luxury experience for two. The 'Sleepers' are designed to be used as extra accommodation which are positioned adjacent to the main huts for your children to enjoy
THE WILLOW
